We cater not only for Birthday parties but for all your celebrations. We have various packages, and we also offer private parties before and after our normal business hours.
A 50% deposit is required to make a reservation; we accept all major credit cards
We do not accept Cash
If you cancel your party:
30 days before the party date- full refund
29 to 8 days before the party date – no refund but you can reschedule to a future date, however, rescheduling will not reset the 30 day refund period.
7 days before the party date – no refund, no reschedule.
Other than cakes, cupcakes, and dry snacks such as chips, Chex mix, goldfish, pretzels, etc. no outside food is permitted at Play Date. A $75 outside food fee is applied if you wish to bring outside food. With the exception of pizzas and ice cream, these will have to be ordered through us regardless of the outside food fee.
Absolutely, you will pay $20 +tax per extra child for a Birthday Party and $25 +tax per extra child for the Private Party. Up to 15 Kids
At Play Date we want you to experience our complete birthday party experience due to this reason we do not allow "walk-in" parties, however you are welcome to bring in your group of guests to play at our facility. Please bear in mind we do not allow any outside food, so you will not be allowed to bring in a cake if you do not wish to book a party with us.
Birthday cake, cake cutter, and candles, no ice-cream cakes, please. You can bring a cooler with extra single-serve drinks for your guests.
Our parties run for 1 hour and 45 minutes, during this time you and your guests will have access to the entire facility.
We do offer decorations for a fee you will add that at the time of purchasing your party package.. You can bring your own decor or purchase a decor package. We kindly ask that you avoid glitter, confetti, silly string, and pinatas. We’re happy to lend a hand with your decorations if you need it. During the first hour of your party, your party coordinator will set up the decorations you bring, though please note that this may reduce your room time.
